| Licensing |

PocketKiosk Builder licenses are available as Per Machine Licensing type. The user must provide us an identifier generated by the PocketKiosk Builder Evaluation software. This identifier is used to
generate a license key unique to the machine for which identifier was provided. In case PocketKiosk Builder has to be installed on a new machine, the identifier of the new machine will be
used to generate the key. Note: On request, we do provide a free license key for a backup machine. This is useful to keep the work going on, incase older key is lost or has become unusable.

| Upgrade Policy |

As per current licensing terms of PocketKiosk Builder, upgrades are provided free of charge. Same registration key can be used to activate upgraded versions.
Note: Free upgrade policy might change in future.
